It is the responsibility of all Atellyn Beaute customers to have read these terms and conditions carefully. Atellyn Beaute assumes that our customers have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

• RESERVATIONS : We recommend booking in advance by WhatsApp 017-5252583 to ensure that your preferred time and service are available. RM50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable / transferable but it will be credited toward your treatment fees on the day of your appointment. The remaining balances can be made by Cash, Online Bank Transfer or Credit Card after treatment.

• CANCELLATION POLICY : Cancellation or rescheduling or a ‘”no show” within 24 hours , the RM50 deposit will be forfeit and the full amount of treatment may need to pay for any future appointment prior to their scheduled appointment.

• ARRIVAL : We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your schedules appointment. Please understand if you’re late your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to our next client are using any medications that may render you unsuitable for treatments.​

​

• HEALTH CONDITIONS : Please advise us at the time of final confirming your reservation if you have any health conditions, allergies, hepatitis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and any sensitivities, medical conditions or are using any medications that may render you unsuitable for treatments.

​

• PREGNANCY : Pregnant women and women who have given birth within 1 month are not recommended for embroidery treatment.

​

• AGE REQUIREMENT : We are only able to serve clients over age 18. 

​

• TOUCH UP : Treatments with complimentary touch up must be taken within 3 months of the initial treatment date.

​

• COLOR REFRESHMENT : We recommend color refreshment treatment at a special rate for up to 36 months of your initial package treatment. After 36 months of initial treatment, all treatments are charged at full rate with 10% discount for re-visit clients (Package purchaser).​​

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
